Add the ability for users to select multiple conversations at once within the Unassigned Inbox and then assign all selected conversations to a specific Sales Message User in a single action.
Currently, conversations in the Unassigned Inbox can only be assigned one at a time, which becomes time‑consuming and inefficient when managing high conversation volumes—especially during peak sales periods or after marketing pushes.
Proposed Solution
Enable multi‑select checkboxes next to each conversation in the Unassigned Inbox.
Allow bulk actions, specifically:
Assign selected conversations to a chosen Sales Message user
(optional future improvement) Tag, archive, or apply other bulk management actions
Ensure the process updates conversation ownership immediately so the assigned user can respond without delay.
