As an Admin or User when we get Salesmsg SMS timeline events on the HubSpot timeline on the Deal or Contact record I'd like the user's name/email address to be displayed with the FROM NUMBER so I can more easily recognize who is messaging from the Timeline without referencing anything else.

Weighing in here, because it would be hugely beneficial for members of our Sales Leadership.
Our industry is very competitive and getting ahold of a lead quickly is paramount to beating out one of the 500+ other agencies offering a similar service in the space. In order to ensure active outreach, we implement Rules of Engagement with narrow timelines that allow a Recruiter to stake a claim on a potential jobseeker.
This narrow timeline can often result in recruiters working similar lists both attempting to get ahold of a lead within a matter of hours if they don't see activity on the lead (ie. they both create a prospecting list in the morning, start mowing through tasks and don't see someone beat them to the punch).
Sometimes, more often lately, this can lead to disputes in candidate ownership. This means Team Leads/Managers have to get pulled off other items to solve candidate ownership by combing through the HubSpot timeline and activity history. One of the biggest sources of activity in the timeline is texting. At present there is tons of great back and forth, but unfortunately it is pretty difficult to decipher who is doing what, especially if two people are potentially texting the same person.
Adding the name of the team member to the records would help our team both better understand who is already being worked by someone else and help our Sales Leads focus on more important matters.

I have attached a screenshot to help demonstrate ways this is handled in HubSpot.
Thanks!

Amethyst Lion: thanks for the insight. This should be an easy fix and just sent to the dev team.
