Native Workflow SMS Options

As an account owner that wants to build workflows within Salesmsg, I need the ability to send an SMS as the Salesmsg Contact Owner, rather than being required to select a specific inbox to deliver the SMS from the workflow. I also require the option to use a merge field for the Salesmsg Contact Owner within the message body.
Both of these items are vital for us to be able to effectively use Salesmsg’s native workflow tool.

We hear you on wanting workflows to send as the Salesmsg Contact Owner (vs. picking a specific inbox) and having a merge field available for the Contact Owner in the message body.
