We need inbound SMS notifications on shared numbers to go to the client’s Account Manager/CSM (from a CRM user field) instead of only the Contact owner, so the day-to-day owner gets notified when their client texts.

Just to make sure we’re understanding the workflow: for inbound texts to a shared number, you want the notification to go to the client’s Account Manager/CSM pulled from a CRM user field (instead of only the Contact owner), so the day-to-day owner gets alerted. We’ll take a look on our side and follow up if we need any more specifics.
