It would be nice if we could adjust SMS notifications. Currently we don't get notified when we get an sms. We want to be able to get notified and have a sound go off when we get an outbound or if we wanted to set up notifications for getting an inbound or whatever that would be good.

Dramatic Dolphin Thanks for sharing this — super helpful context. Being able to control SMS notifications (inbound vs outbound, and having an audible alert) makes a lot of sense. We’ll take a look on our side and follow up once we have more info.
