Per-User Call Analytics — Activity Breakdown by Team Member

As a Salesmsg user, I want to view call analytics broken down by individual user — including outbound call volume, answer rate, call duration, and missed calls — so I can report on team performance, run performance reviews, and identify any anomalies. Filtering by user, inbox, and date range would be essential. This is currently a gap versus tools like Aircall that offer a dedicated user activity view.

Per-user call analytics with filters like user/inbox/date range makes a lot of sense for performance reporting and spotting anomalies.
