Permission To Write A Message / Only Use Saved Replies

As a Salesmsg Organization owner, I would like a new permission set where I can enforce a member user only use template messages & not be able to write their own tests, so that I ensure only my approved messages are used to communicate with contacts.

@Architectural Raccoon Thanks for sharing this — really helpful feedback. I’ll pass this along to the team to look into a permission option that restricts users to Saved Replies/templates only (and prevents free-typing), and we’ll follow up once we have more info.
