As a Salesmsg Admin, I want a permission I can disable for my members for reassigning conversations, so that I can control who on the team has the ability to reassign or not.

Hi Dual Cuckoo. You can now limit conversation assignment ability for all users with the member role, for individual members as needed.

Hey Dual Cuckoo — thanks for sharing this, super helpful. Totally get why you’d want a permission toggle to control who can reassign conversations. We’re going to take a look at what it would take on our side and follow up once we have more info.
