It would be super helpful if each team member could pin certain conversations to stay at the top of the feed on the left hand side while in an inbox for follow up or reminders or quicker access to those they need to contact faster or soon.

Thanks for posting this, Yellow green Krill — really helpful feedback. Pinning conversations per team member so they stay at the top of the left-hand inbox list for follow-ups/quick access makes a lot of sense. We’ll take a look on our side and circle back once we’ve got an update.
