When ending a call having the ability to be able to select a call outcome that will trigger automatic text messages etc to be able to be sent

- What specific call outcomes would you like to have available for selection?
- What types of automatic text messages would you like to be triggered by each call outcome?
- Are there any specific conditions or criteria that should determine when a text message is sent after a call?

1.) No answer, Answer, Answered, Left VM
- ideally this may be a custom field as a drop down that they can add the call outcomes they prefer to be able to customize triggers and workflows that are already internal within the system
2.) This would just be a trigger based on the call outcome so each user is able to set this up custom to their needs
3.) This is based of triggers or workflows so essentially once a call outcome is a custom field it is editable for the user to do what they want on the backend
