As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to use RCS/rich messaging functionality on my account so that I can send/receive larger video files with my contacts.

Would like to send videos similar to Looms and have the video thumbnail appear in the message. Right now it is just shows the link.

This is an Apple and Andoid issue. When the contact is added to the persons contact list, then Apple will show the preview.
