As a Salesmsg Admin, I'd like to view the response rate for our initial outbound texts to validate if customers are engaging with us via SMS.
Similarly to the messages tab, I'd like to see a report of first response rate, total response rate (ratio or % based on total interactions in/out while a conversation is 'open'), as well as a count report of number of conversations outbound with no reply.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to monitor how efficiently my team is using SMS as a channel to communicate with customers. As a result, I'd like to ensure that outbound messages that have not been replied to can be excluded from the performance metrics to not skew my team's metrics.
