Ringout - for outbound calls: where you can dial from the PC and it will automatically call your salesmsg app on your cellphone and/or cellphone app and you can press 1 to start the outbound call. This typically helps increase call quality bc if internet/wifi is spotty it will fail over to your cellphone data. By allowing me to dial from the computer vs the cellphone app I am able to dial quicker. I am more familiar with RingCentral - I believe the feature is called Ringout. Just to confirm, you’re looking for a RingCentral-style “RingOut” flow where you dial from the PC, we ring your cell/app first (press 1), then connect the outbound call so it can fall back to cellular if Wi‑Fi is spotty, right?
