As an Admin, I'd like to be able to validate when carriers or the website is experiencing delays so I can communicate with my team that switching to email may be ideal.
Similar to other applications, a status.salesmessage.com page would be helpful for me to check to ensure our team can send and receive messages.

As a Salesmsg user, I understand that the Twilio Network can experience delays. Whenever we are experiencing high traffic, I would like Salesmsg to tell me the ETA on delivery for SMS sent so that I can make an informed decision for time-sensitive messages.

As a Salesmsg Organization Owner who sends tons of time-sensitive messages every day, I need alerts to get my attention if any of my mass messaging is delayed, so that I can take appropriate action to mitigate the problems I will face due to delayed messages.

If possible, could the person who sent that specific broadcast and myself receive the alert of a delay?
