Thanks for posting, Neon blue Blackbird — quick clarification so we can point you in the right direction: when you say “SDR,” what exactly are you referring to in Salesmsg (Sales Development Rep workflow, a specific feature, or an integration), and what are you trying to accomplish? Also, what’s the main issue you’re running into today that led you to post this (what’s taking too long or too many steps)? And lastly, who would be using this (SDRs only, managers, support, etc.) and what would “working perfectly” look like for you?
