As a user, I want to control the timing between messages in a campaign so that they don’t all go out at once. For example, I may want to drip out 50 contacts every 10 minutes until the campaign completes.

This would make Campaigns more powerful by allowing users to personalize outreach not just by timing, but also by pacing.
