As a Salesmsg user, I would like to have the option to select date and time for SMS delivery inside the Salesmsg Workflow feature.

Hey Quicksand Puffin — thanks for the request here. Quick couple questions so we understand exactly how you’d want this to work in Workflows: should the send date/time be tied to when the contact enters the workflow, when they hit a specific step, or pulled from a field value (like an appointment date/time)? Are you looking for a true “send at this exact calendar date/time,” or more of a delay rule like “send 2 days later at 9am”? And if the workflow gets to that step after the scheduled time has already passed, should we send it right away, skip it, or push it to the next available time?
