As a user, I'd like to configure how many rings it takes until my inbound caller is transferred to voicemail, so that I can further customize the experience my inbound callers have.

This is a needed feature, arguably one that should have been included before rolling out the voicemail feature altogether. My inbox phone numbers ring indefinitely and never go to voicemail. The only alternative to giving the caller the opportunity to leave a voicemail is to send incoming calls directly to voicemail - something I do not want to do. I need it to ring 5-7 times like a normal phone, then if no answer send them to voicemail. Right now, callers are not given the opportunity to leave a VM and I lose to ability to collect details from them and have to reach out to them with no information to go off of. This is not the user experience I was expecting.

Brown Guan: Thanks for the feedback :) I just checked and noticed that it only rings one time. This looks like a bug and I just notified the team.

Chris Brisson: thanks for the response - ours rings endlessly, not only once. Happy to hop on and demo if needed, but it only ringing once it not the case for us.
