Show total and unread conversation counts in the inbox

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like to see the total number of active and unread conversations in the inbox, so I can better gauge message volume and workload after broadcasts.

- How frequently do you check the inbox for unread messages?
- Would you like to receive notifications for unread messages?
