We use the signature feature on desktop, so people know who is communicating to them. On mobile, the option is not there. Not having a signature with our name on each message is confusing to the people we text. Just a simple text we can enter our name. I attached an example of communication from desktop, with signatures, and mobile without.

Chris Brisson We're a tutoring company and just started using SalesMsg. We have several staff members who need to be able to sign their texts so clients know who they're talking to. The signature just needs to include the staff member's name — nothing fancy.
The main challenge is that our staff works almost entirely from their phones, so the signature functionality needs to be available and easy to use in the mobile app. The ability to set it once and have it automatically append to outgoing messages would be ideal, since asking tutors to manually type their name each time isn't practical.
As for format, a simple text signature like is all we need. We're not looking for anything with logos, links, or rich formatting. We just want clients to have a consistent experience knowing who's reaching out to them from our team.
