Slack DM and webhook event when a teammate is @mentioned in an internal note

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like the person I @mention in an internal note to get a private Slack DM with the note text and a direct link to the conversation.
Our shared inbox is worked by confirmation specialists, setters, and closers, and we rely on @mentions to hand conversations off. Today the only signals are in-app and email, and the native Slack integration only posts to public channels. Mentions get missed and important conversations fall through the cracks.
I’d also like a webhook/Trigger event for “user mentioned in internal note.” It should include the mentioned user’s ID and email, the note author, the note text and the conversation ID, so we can build our own routing in Zapier if needed.
This would help us respond faster and stop losing conversations during handoffs between team members.

We’ll take a look at what it would take to support Slack DMs for internal-note mentions (with the note text + a direct convo link), as well as a “user mentioned in internal note” webhook/Trigger event with the details you outlined.
