Slack: @ mention of contact/conversation owner for new SMS

As a Salesmsg and Slack user, I'd like for the Slack integration to have the ability to @ mention the contact/conversation owner in Slack when a new SMS comes in, so that the specific person handling that conversation can be notified.

- How frequently do you expect the @ mention notifications to be sent in Slack?
