Quick questions so we understand what you’re aiming for with Smarsh: are you mainly looking for archiving/retention of text conversations, supervision/review, eDiscovery/export, or something else? Also, what’s the current manual workflow you’re doing today between Salesmsg and Smarsh that you’d like to eliminate? And would this need to capture all conversations, or only specific numbers/teams or certain conversation types?
