I'd like to be able to have a prerecorded message play when someone selects an option from IVR. For example, press 2 for store hours. Then a message automatically plays with the store hours.

As a Salesmsg user with a large inbound call volume, I would like to delineate open hours and after hours calls to two unique IVR options (i/e Option when were open and option 1 when we're closed should be two unique paths), so that my customers are better served no matter what time they call us.

As an Organization Owner, I have one main phone number & inbox for all texting on Salesmsg, when a call is placed to that line I'd like the call to forward based on dynamic information (area, contact owner, etc) to a particular member of that inbox via call forwarding.

Just like our voicemail recordings, I would like the option to have a different missed call follow up text for during and outside of business hours, where I can also adjust the business hours.

- How would you prefer to be notified about missed calls outside of business hours?

- We currently operate on CST 9am-5pm but we are a nationwide company, so this could potentially change as our business evolves.
- Possibly, but the main concern is to be able to customize different messages for during and outside of business hours.
- I do not need a separate notification for missed calls outside of business hours, just the ability to respond different when we use the missed call text response.
