Smart Views should always default to "Open" filter, not "Unassigned"

As a user who uses Smart Views, I have to manually re-select "Open" every time I jump from Unassigned to Smart Views. Smart Views are scoped to a specific assignee, so "Unassigned" isn't a valid state, those conversations are already assigned by definition. Right now, if you visit Unassigned and then navigate to a Smart View, the filter carries over and gets stuck on "Unassigned" instead of resetting to "Open." This causes confusion

Hey Integrated Dragon — thanks for calling this out, super helpful. I can see how carrying the “Unassigned” filter over into a Smart View would be confusing since Smart Views are already scoped to an assignee. We’re going to take a look at this behavior (resetting to “Open” when switching into a Smart View) and follow up once we have more info.
