Quick couple questions so we can narrow it down: where exactly are you inserting the saved reply / pasted text (main message composer, notes, etc.)? Does it add the extra spaces every time with any saved reply/paste, or only with certain saved replies or specific text you’re pasting? And what’s the main issue it’s causing on your end (messages going out with weird spacing, having to manually delete it each time, etc.)?
