Update tags in real time without refreshing page

When our reps add tags to contacts, we have to refresh the page to get them to show up. We'd like to see the data in real time without needing to refresh the page

- How frequently do your reps add or update tags during their workflow?
- Are there specific scenarios or use cases where real-time tag updates are particularly critical?
- Would you like notifications or indicators when a tag is successfully updated in real time?

- Frequently. Whenever we manually send a message to a customer, we almost always apply a tag. For example, we apply a "HOLD" tag to conversations when someone has been qualified and we're waiting to send them through. We then have someone filter conversations for "HOLD" so they can work through those conversations, but since tags aren't applied in real time, they have to refresh the page often to see new conversations with "HOLD".
- The above situation is one. We use tags to segment our messaging as we have different processes for different stages. For example, we have specific people who filter conversations for "LIVE" tag, and they work through those conversations for hours. If they don't refresh the page often, conversations will get missed.
- Notifications aren't necessary, just as long as the tag appears for all team members without refreshing, that is ideal.
