Usability of back end online site

The recent constant changes to make the online browser site look similar to the cell phone app have been very hard to understand and use. The original browser design was much more user friendly. We can't figure out all the changes, everything is smaller and hard to find. Can't find links to things we need all the time (where to add a contact for example??) without looking all over. And since it isn't intuitive we have to search over and over again. We would love to be a part of a usability study!!

@Imperial red Galliform Thanks for sharing this — totally hear you on how frustrating it is when the web app keeps changing and things get harder to find. A couple quick questions so we can understand what’s tripping you up most: which actions in the browser are now the slowest/hardest (adding a contact, finding a convo, sending a message, etc.), and what are you usually trying to do in that moment? Also, what are the top 2–3 links/items you need all the time that you’re having to hunt for now? And is this impacting everyone on your team or just certain users/roles — plus roughly how much are you in the browser vs the mobile app?
