Use HubSpot tasks as a source for Salesmsg power dialing campaigns

As a Salesmsg user, I want to pull HubSpot tasks (or enroll contacts from HubSpot tasks) into a Salesmsg power dialing campaign, so reps can call task-based lists and have those tasks automatically marked as completed as part of the calling workflow.
This would be used daily, often multiple times per day, by reps working task queues.
For teams making dozens of calls per session, this removes repetitive manual work after every call.

Currently, users who manage their call tasks in HubSpot must look up each contact individually in Salesmessage to place calls or send voicemails, which adds significant time to their workflow. It would be extremely valuable if HubSpot task lists could sync directly into Salesmessage, allowing those contacts to automatically populate the Power Dialer or Broadcast (Ringless Voicemail) workflows. This way, reps could work through their daily call tasks, complete with voicemail drop, without ever leaving Salesmessage.
Note: A native task feature within SalesMessage itself would complement this integration greatly, as it would give users a unified workspace for both task management and outreach execution.

Thanks for posting this, Remarkable Catshark — super helpful context. Totally hear you on the extra time it takes having to jump between HubSpot task lists and Salesmessage for each call/VM. We’ll take a closer look at what it would take to sync HubSpot tasks into Salesmessage so those contacts could flow straight into Power Dialer and/or Broadcast (Ringless Voicemail), and we’ll follow up once we have more info.
