User names being case sensitive is causing a lot of support issues for our company. I understand passwords being case sensitive, but user names should not be.

When we register a new user (like Store333@rentawheel.com), it will only let you log in if you type in the "S" as a capital letter. If you try to log in with store333@rentawheel.com it won't work. It's causing a lot of issues with our users logging in.

Flying Limpet hey Darrell. We don't offer usernames for Salesmsg just emails for the account. Can you share some more information about this?
