Vcard image support

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to send vcards that use images, since that increases pickup rates for outbound calls.

Hey Crimson Frog — thanks for the feedback here, super helpful. Sending vcards with images makes total sense if it helps boost pickup rates. We’ll take a look on our side and follow up once we have more info.
