I want the ability for my customers to select which department (inbox) they want to speak with before leaving their information. This will route the message to the correct inbox for the department without having to set up additional workflows.
This is a feature available in Kenect that isn't currently available through Salesmessage.

I see what you’re aiming for: letting website chat visitors pick a department up front so the conversation routes straight into the right inbox without needing extra workflows.
