A couple quick questions so we can narrow it down: when did this start, and is it happening on every call or only certain numbers? From your side, does the call connect normally and can you hear them, and do they hear total silence the whole time or does it cut out after a bit? Also, are you placing calls from the Salesmsg web app, mobile app, or another setup, and does it happen on all devices you’ve tried?
