Make.com AI Agent - Close Conversations

Make.com - Your make.com integration needs to have an option for the AI Agent to be able to mark measages as read, unread, close, open, needs a a response. The agent should have the ability to select which one it chooses based on the out come of the conversation. Or admin should have an option on what happens. Right now every messages stays opne an unread even though the make.com agent was able to resolve the problem. This makes it hard to see what was solved and not solved

Thanks for posting this, Jacinth Swordfish — really helpful feedback. Totally get how leaving everything open/unread makes it tough to tell what’s actually been resolved. We’re going to take a look at adding Make.com options for the AI Agent to update conversation status (read/unread, open/closed, needs response, etc.), and we’ll follow up once we’ve got more info.
