I would love to see a better integration of Salesmsg and Hubspot tickets. It's a good starting point that we can text contacts directly from a ticket (rather than their contact page). However, we use several different inboxes for our contacts and the current integration is inefficient and too easy to send messages from the wrong inbox. Due to this potential for user error, we currently use the web version of salesmsg to send messages and then copy/paste the content to Hubspot. The way salesmsg conversations are logged in the Contact record is great and it that would be our ideal fix. I'd love to see the option to have salesmsg conversations logged in a ticket instead of/in addition to the contact record. Thanks!

As a potential Salesmsg Agency Account User, I would like to be able to use the existing member information for my HubSpot users to use a Contact Token to call the "HubSpot members Phone number" in the "Send as" for my Salesmsg Workflow Action.
Reisift is the number one data management and CRM platform for real estate wholesalers. Salesmsg would greatly benefit from this integration!
