I would like to request an integration between Recruit CRM (https://recruitcrm.io/) and their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so that calls and messages can be logged in both systems.

To make sure we’re thinking about the right kind of Recruit CRM integration, can you clarify a few details: which Salesmsg activity types you’d want pushed over (SMS/MMS, inbound vs outbound, calls, voicemails, etc.), and whether you need the full content/transcript or just a note/summary? Also, in Recruit CRM, what record(s) should those logs live on (Candidate/Contact/Company/Job/Deal), and how should we match a Salesmsg conversation to the correct record? Lastly, what’s the primary goal here (activity tracking, compliance/audit trail, team visibility, etc.) and should the sync be one-way (Salesmsg → Recruit CRM) or bi-directional?
