and one of the big features of the zoho integrations is the ability to respond from within zoho, yet the response is the same manner the message was received... ie if a prospect asks a question on FB, the message comes into Zoho as a FB question, you respond within zoho and the the prospect receives the response via FB

Chris Brisson: yes SMS would be awesome. so if prospect texts my Salesmsg number, the content goes directly to my zoho and then if i respond from within zoho it flows back through Salesmsg... So all my data is in one place.
