Salesmsg 2.0 is a completely new redesigned platform. Once you’re inside 2.0, you’ll see how easy it is to personalize your experience to meet your needs. For example, you can either expand or collapse sections of Salesmsg, to create more screen space or focus your attention on only specific tasks. Also, you can start new text message and phone conversations with a single click, update your contacts' details right from the conversation page and much more.
New Movable Calling Widget
Inside our 2.0 platform, you can manage all customer calls at your convenience from anywhere on your screen. With our new movable calling widget, you can easily slide your customer call box across your screen—so you can place calls, transfer calls, and create conference calls from wherever you like.
New Conversation Management
It’s easier than ever to manage conversations with Salesmsg 2.0. You can sort conversations by how recent or important they are. With our new bulk actions, you can manage multiple conversations at once. Also, our new sidebar makes it easy to group and organize your inboxes. You can mark inboxes as “favorites,” create folders for inboxes, mute inboxes right from the sidebar—and much more. 
New Search & Filters
Need to track down specific conversations? With Salesmsg 2.0, you can use our new search and filters to find any conversations as easily as you search online. Just click on the search icon and type in your request. Then our updated filters will give you swift and precise matches within your conversations. It’s as easy as that.

In the meantime, you’re free to switch back and forth between our original platform and 2.0.
