October Product Update

Slack Integration, Broadcasts Improvements, Call Whisper & More!

For all the Slack fans out there, with Salesmsg-Slack integration you can now send and receive text messages, add conversation notes, and assign conversations all right from Slack.

Broadcasts have never been more flexible! You can now select multiple segments and even individual contacts as recipients. You can also, use HubSpot merge field to customize your texts.

If you rely on the Salesmsg Call Forwarding feature, you can now add a intro voice message (a "Call Whisper”). In this voice message, you can add more context to assist the recipient of the forwarded call.

Do you need to revisit an old conversation that you have already closed. Simple navigate to closed conversations, re-open the one you are interested in, and pick up exactly where you left off.

The Contacts page is now more flexible with the ability to chose which data columns to display on the table view. All standard and custom fields are now available for you to chose from.
