💡 Feature Requests

Please allow for conversations to be filtered by tags in addition to the built in inbox filters. For example: Only display messages/conversations tagged as Lead in the Open section.

As an Admin, I would need my SMS software to automatically translate one language to another when sending or receiving SMS messages, so that another contact and I who does not speak the same language can communicate in SMS.

As a Salesmsg user that deals with sensitive info, we would like the ability to delete information that was received and should not be kept visible for any other team member to view. We need this so that we can comfortably encourage our contacts to share while keeping a safe environment for their sensitive information.

Essentially the exact same functionality as Intercom's snooze button -- but with text conversations! i.e. A button that, instead of closing or marking a conversation read/unread, temporarily closes or hides the conversation until a specified period of time.

We have multiple inboxes, and sometimes a potential customer will text into the wrong line. We would love to be able to "merge" or reassign that conversation to the proper inbox, instead of needing to start a new conversation and lose the thread on the other line.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to enable the member level users on my account to created shared replies, so that every team member can contribute templates that the rest of the account can use.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability to export conversations in bulk so that I do not have to do it one by one.

As a user, I'd like to add an internal comment on a specific message on the Salesmsg conversation timeline.

I'd like to be able to schedule reminders for appointments, meetings, demos from Salesmsg so I can decrease the amount of no-shows.
