As a Salesmsg Admin, I'd like the ability to limit Saved Replies permission for individual members, so that we can ensure everyone is adhering to the Saved Replies set in place by the company.

The newest update on the texting side is very inconvenient since the AI tab is right over the send button when you open the app in Hub Spot

As a Salesmsg user who uses the Hubspot custom channels beta feature, I'd like to be able to start new conversations from the Hubspot inbox.

As a SalesMsg user, I would like the ability to move a conversation thread to another inbox so that we know that we've spoken to this contact before.

I would like to clean up my conversation by deleting a text.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to have the ability to choose the 'all inboxes' view as my default inbox, since it's the view that I use most often.

As a user with many saved replies, I'd like better ways to help me organize and manage my saved replies.

I find the new Salesmsg 2.0 less intuitive with more steps required to perform simple tasks. I miss the ability to type '/' to prompt saved replies and having to click 'fields' to see custom fields important to my communications. I also find the ability to close threads directly from the sidebar very helpful to my workflow. I suggest these features be incorporated into the new version to improve its usability.

As a Salesmsg user that used the Scheduled Message feature, I would like to Salesmsg to bring back the Schedule Later section since the new modal is more time-consuming.
