As a Salesmsg user that is integrated with ActiveCampaign, I would like my tags to sync on both platforms so that I can fully utilize both platforms more efficiently.

NOTE: As of November 25, 2025 Hubspot hasn't made an API available for apps like Salesmsg to add SMS to Sequences. As a HubSpot client, I'd like to be able to add 'Send an SMS' into my HubSpot Sequences rather than just Workflows.

As a HubSpot admin, I want to map 2 unique HubSpot users to the same Salesmsg user for automations, but when those users manually text from the widget Salesmsg should log who really sent the text.

As a Salesmsg user I would like Salesmsg to automatically detect and link new contacts in Salesmsg if they already exist in my CRM so that I can avoid using the "Two way contact sync" search function that needs me do to the same tedious task for the goal of a full import.

A customer requested the ability to track clicks and see click analytics for Salesmsg short links to provide more insight into how and when their links are being clicked

As an ActiveCampaign user, I want to be able to use deal fields in my automation because my sales reps spend more time in the deals page than in the contact record.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the option to use Okta as the authenticator app, since this is the app already used by my company.

A customer has requested the ability to make calls from their Salemsg numbers from within the Hubspot app so that they don't have to download multiple applications.

As a user, I want the ability to turn on / off Aircall conversation events so that I don't need to show Aircall calls, voicemails, etc.

As a Salesmsg user that is integrated with ActiveCampaign, I would like an option to set up text to join Keywords in Active Campaign without the use of Zapier.
