Why have our credits not yet been refreshed? Today is the 11th. Why do we need to bug bug every 11th with our credits renewal

Looking for a refund for the previous months we have been billed and have not been able to utilize the software.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability to have invoices automatically sent to me, so I do not have to log in every time to view them.
