Salesmsg currently does not offer AI-powered voice isolation or noise suppression for calls. Adding a Teams-style noise suppression feature would improve call clarity by filtering background noise and enhancing the speaker’s voice, especially for remote and shared-workspace users.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like to see exact message timestamps (e.g., 2:14 PM) in the inbox instead of relative times only (e.g., “5h ago”), so I can better track message timing and delays.

We would like the ability to filter or branch workflows based on Contact Owner. This would be helpful because it would allow different workflow paths or actions depending on which rep owns the contact, while still using a single workflow. It would make it easier to route messages, automations, and logic for teams with multiple reps without having to create separate workflows or handle things manually. Example: Contact Owner = Rep A → follow Path A Contact Owner = Rep B → follow Path B

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like conversations to remain closed after I close one, instead of automatically opening the next message, so I don’t miss messages or have to manually mark conversations as unread.

As a Salesmsg user, I want to pull HubSpot tasks (or enroll contacts from HubSpot tasks) into a Salesmsg power dialing campaign, so reps can call task-based lists and have those tasks automatically marked as completed as part of the calling workflow. This would be used daily, often multiple times per day, by reps working task queues. For teams making dozens of calls per session, this removes repetitive manual work after every call.

As a Salesmsg org, we would like the contact owner properties to sync with Salesmsg.

Please create an ability to control access to tenants. Either by allowing an owner or admin to allow access for a period of time and then automatically reverts to blocking. Or the ability to allow access and then turn it off. Additionally, the logging of such events. Who at Salesmsg did the impersonation, when, justification to do so, which account was impersonated, and what actions were taken. These logs should be exportable and available for an extended period of time for auditing.

Please add a calling script feature to assist with conversation flow...also create a lead sheet feature to capture lead details...manually or with ai.
