I'd like to a Customer Field added to contacts. Most contacts are going to be an employee of a business that is a customer. Also a role field would be nice. Example: Contact: John Doe Role: Superintendent Customer: Design Builders Maybe a simpler approach is to this would be to make your custom fields allow for drop downs. That way when you add a custom field called Customer, you can create a customer one time and assign multiple contacts under that customer How this helps me. I own a construction waste hauling business. I am a subcontractor for home builders. The home builder is my customer. My team and I communicate daily with various superintendents in various neighborhoods. So to be able to have those superintendents saved as contacts, assigned to a builder, assigned to a neighborhood, would help us tremendously

When a contact is enrolled in a campaign being able to select them and unenroll them without having to Opt them out of SMS.

I want my team members to be able to see the AI Agents that I and others have made based on specific permission settings within the Agent (much like the Saved Replies function works)

We use a lot of fields in Active Campaign that we would like to see in Salesmsg. We would like to have additional fields like Google Review Link. Our contacts went through an AC automation that adds a Google Review Link to our profile, and we would like that link to also show up in Salesmsg. If possible having Lead ID would also help to streamline our workflow.

We would like to find out your capabilty setup group texting for marketing purposes. Can I schedule a Zoom?
