Send Salesmsg date/timestamps to CRM when using Daily Summary
Current state if you use the Daily Summary feature to post all activity once per day in HubSpot, it does not update the Salesmsg property fields noting the date/time of last sent, received, etc. We need these properties to update always, regardless of the format we're posting to the Activities tab.

AI Agents: internal notification via conditional logic
As a user of Salesmsg AI agents, I would like the ability to apply conditional logic (such as tagging a contact based on intent, e.g. date availability requests) that can trigger an internal SMS notification to the business owner or team, allowing a human to review and respond before the AI confirms sensitive information.

Stop re-opening of closed conversations by Pipedrive Integration
When going into a contact record or deal with associated contact in Pipedrive, it re-opens a closed conversation in the Salesmsg platform. This makes us go back into many conversations and "Close" them again and again throughout the day, as we are always going in and out of contact records. This creates a lot of additional work on our end. It would be great to only have Pipedrive open a conversation in the Salesmsg platform if there is an actual SMS sent from within Pipedrive, not simply when it opens the widget within Pipedrive for visibility.

Set the AI agents to use contact information
We'd like to be able to tell the AI agents what contact properties to utilize in its responses, when appropriate. We have data we send over from our CRM that would be nice to have referenced in initial messages and any times its relevant later in the conversation.

API: Raise rate limit
As a Salesmsg user whose messaging activity involves consistent use of the Salesmsg API, I would like to have the ability to raise the API rate limit so that my account can send and respond to messages at a faster rate.

preview until SMS is sent using the delay feature
on the old SMS when you set the delay to send you could preview the message until the 5 sec timer was counting down. Now the message disappears and then the count down starts. The preview is gone and this was helpful in seeing the message before sending in case something was misspelled or needed to change a word or two. Now all you get is a cancel and the message is also gone so you have to retype it.

Option to Show Global Conversation History by Default
I want the ability to show the global conversation history by default both within Salesmsg and HubSpot. My organization has several team members with their own phone numbers that reach out to contacts and we need visibility into messages / calls across our entire organization. Current state it requires several clicks to see the conversation history.

Ability to choose which contact lists show
Our contact list within HubSpot is the source of truth, so we'd like to only show HubSpot contacts when searching within the window to send a new message or make a new call. Currently it shows both Salesmsg and HubSpot, with Salesmsg as the default in the view.

Spam Call Blocker
I've received 10 + spam phone calls per day since moving to salesmsg. please enhance the spam blocker or setup something to screen calls prior to them being delivered
