💡 Feature Requests

I'd like options to customize my notifications in many ways. Options for different sounds and different badges. For all Salesmsg platforms (web, mobile, chrome ext.), including customizing my email notifications.

I would like to be able to filter my analytics by time. Especially when it comes to member performance. As data skews if my users get texts outside of business hours.

As a user, I brand my outbound calls with a display name, a call reason and my logo that would display on the recipient's screen to boost answer rates.

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability to have invoices automatically sent to me, so I do not have to log in every time to view them.

As a user who uses the Keywords feature on Salesmsg, I would like to have access to the properties of my CRM like I do in other parts of Salesmsg, so that I can send messages that contain the value of properties that are only on my CRM.

As a user, I want the ability to add an exclusion list to my Broadcast recipients segment to ensure only customers I want to reach get my texts.

I'd like to be able to see whether or not the contact/conversation came from the Salesmsg chat widget.

As an Organization Owner, if I want to revoke all my authorized app tokens I'd like to do that all at once, instead of using a lot of time to manually trash then 1, by 1.
