Character Limit on Outbound Messages
We’d like the ability to set a character limit on outbound messages that our team members can send. This would help us control SMS credit usage by preventing staff from sending overly long messages that consume multiple credits. Ideally, admins could define this limit per user or across the account.

Phone Calls Randomly not Coming Through
Hey Salesmsg team! We've been having a problem lately with some phone calls not coming through for everyone on our staff. It feels random. This is happening even with "set as away" turned off. Slightly unrelated, but we've also noticed a pattern on mobile when the call tab pops up at the top of the screen, hitting the answer button will sometimes cancel the phone call and we've had to call the number back. This is not a problem if we open up the actually call screen before hitting answer.

Currently each person has to set up their own AI agent and the ones set up from an owner or manager are not visible for team members to engage with the contact is this something that can be added on fairly easily?

Hey Team! In hubspot you are able to engage a client based a hubspot trigger for an AI agent i would like to be able to do this internally within the SalesMSG platform the capability is there but needs to be added to the actions on the right hand side in the workflows internally within SalesMSG

Manually Dialing in the Mobile App
When using the mobile app to dial a number, the previous number is always left in field and the X delete button only deletes one number at a time which is helpful if you type a number incorrectly. But it slows your dialing way down if you have to delete the whole number to type a new number.
