Slack: @ mention of contact/conversation owner for new SMS
As a Salesmsg and Slack user, I'd like for the Slack integration to have the ability to @ mention the contact/conversation owner in Slack when a new SMS comes in, so that the specific person handling that conversation can be notified.

Ability to Pin Messages Within Conversations
Currently, Salesmsg does not support the ability to pin or highlight specific messages within a conversation thread. This feature would allow me to pin important messages so they remain easily accessible at the top of the conversation, similar to the pinning functionality in platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams

Selecting multiple triggers to turn on or off at same time.
I have 40 triggers that I like to shut off around holidays and when I'm out of the office. There used to be an easy toggle button on each trigger that you could easily turn them on and off, but that went away on one of the upgrades over the last year or so. Now I have to go to each trigger individually and turn on/off. Can you please make a way where you can select multiple triggers and turn them on or off? Thanks!

The Ability to Change dial-out numbers during power dialer campaign
We service different markets, I'd like to be able to change the number I dial out from mid-power-dialer-campaign so the area code matches the customer without having to pause and recreate a campaign for each area.

Auto-close setting for IVR calls with no key pressed
As a Salesmsg user, I'd like for there to be a setting that allows open conversations for inbound IVR calls where no key is pressed to be automatically closed

Transfer Call via Mobile App
Call transfer currently only works in the desktop version. Add the ability to transfer on the mobile app.
