It would be great if all auto-texts/ all broadcasts had a universal setting to stop sending these texts after a client responds. At the moment we have to do it with all individual scheduled messages which we feel is an extra task that can be avoided if we had a site-wide setting. This is not Hubspot related as we already have plenty of workflows in place, this is solely related to salesmsg actions

As a Salesmsg user, I would like the ability to set up a Broadcast to go out to a set number of recipients on an hourly basis.

As a user I want to be able to add a column called Opt Outs which tells me how many or what percentage of recipients of my broadcast replied STOP to opt out within a day or so of receiving my broadcast SMS.

As a Salesmsg user, I want to sort my inbox by campaign, so I can easily organize and prioritize messages based on specific marketing or outreach initiatives, ensuring efficient follow-ups and better campaign management.

On my phone the line breaks do not occur in the middle of words, but in the preview when I am creating messages words get cut in half. The preview should be updated to be more similar to how the message will display on the phone, with words not being split.

As a user, I want the ability to add an exclusion list to my Broadcast recipients segment to ensure only customers I want to reach get my texts.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like to select one or more HubSpot lists to exclude when sending a broadcast to another HubSpot list, so I can prevent overlapping contacts (e.g. current customers or residents) from receiving messages without relying on manual tags or duplicate list management.

Tracking for multiple conversion clicks per recipient.. say there are 99 clicks in a given campaign and/or broadcast of a 150, but only 70 people listed as clicked.. who clicked more than once? Would help greatly in converting high intent prospects.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like for scheduled broadcast messages to be populated in the 'scheduled' filter of an inbox so that I can get a better understanding at a glance of the messages that are scheduled to be sent to my contacts in the future.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to see a list of contacts that were 'skipped' when sending out a broadcast, since having that information available at a glance is very useful.
