Within the last week an update was pushed changing the way new notifications come through. Before when there was a new conversation it seemed that the conversation was put in view or the conversations scrolled down so you would be able to see who messaged and a small preview of their message. Now when a new notification comes through it doesn't scroll at all and you either have to hear the notification sound or keep an eye on the number of unread messages. If this can be reverted it would be greatly appreciated

I would like to see all internal notes in one place, with the dates of when the notes were logged.

I am constantly getting inbound messages from clients as inspiration photos and its really annoying and inconvenient that i have to download and open each photo in my downloads. There needs to be a photo preview just like Quo and other VOIP services. Its on the mobile app and needs to be a capability on the desktop version.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to send vcards that use images, since that increases pickup rates for outbound calls.

When I select a saved reply, the app always adds two spaces to the end. It also adds a space after pasting.

I'd like to be able to set a default time for scheduled messages to go out. I often schedule many messages at once, and I'd like to not have to select the time for every message.

Salesmsg would be more user-friendly if we could respond to internal threads, without it creating a whole new text box. At the moment, it's very confusing trying to keep up with threads, and decipher which response belongs to which thread in a conversation.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to have the ability to create, delete, and edit saved replies in bulk, rather than needing to do so one by one.

As a Salesmsg user, when I start typing a message in a brand new conversation and navigate away, my draft disappears instead of being saved. Drafts persist fine on existing conversations, but not on new ones, so I lose what I typed and have to start over. I'd like drafts to save on new conversations the same way they do on existing ones.

As a Salesmsg user, it would be great to be able to communicate with someone in my team, in their own individual chat boxes, rather than internal threads being the only option. Having a team chat, and private chat option with someone in your inbox who you can share certain contacts with and conversations for people to attend to. This is a team member - to - team member communication request.
