Caller ID Tag for Forwarded Calls
Add an option to automatically tag or label forwarded calls with a custom caller ID name (e.g., “Sales Agent” or “Forwarded Call”) so users can easily identify calls that were routed through the CRM, helping avoid confusion and unnecessary credit usage.

The update that was made to the search function hinders workflow. It used to put the contact searched for at the top of the list. Now the list is gone completely and one must exit search. PLEASE PUT IT BACK!!!

I would like to be able to control which users can export contacts from Salesmsg. Currently, all members can export contacts, and there isn’t a way to restrict this.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to use the advanced conversation search to find any conversation where a particular Salesmsg member was tagged, so that I could more easily review my own and colleagues mentioned conversations.
