As a user I want to be able to add a column called Opt Outs which tells me how many or what percentage of recipients of my broadcast replied STOP to opt out within a day or so of receiving my broadcast SMS.

On my phone the line breaks do not occur in the middle of words, but in the preview when I am creating messages words get cut in half. The preview should be updated to be more similar to how the message will display on the phone, with words not being split.

As a Salesmsg user, I’d like to select one or more HubSpot lists to exclude when sending a broadcast to another HubSpot list, so I can prevent overlapping contacts (e.g. current customers or residents) from receiving messages without relying on manual tags or duplicate list management.

Tracking for multiple conversion clicks per recipient.. say there are 99 clicks in a given campaign and/or broadcast of a 150, but only 70 people listed as clicked.. who clicked more than once? Would help greatly in converting high intent prospects.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like for scheduled broadcast messages to be populated in the 'scheduled' filter of an inbox so that I can get a better understanding at a glance of the messages that are scheduled to be sent to my contacts in the future.

Being able to view the inbox owner of a broadcast in the All Broadcasts window without having to view the Details would be extremely helpful and efficient when managing a team of users!

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to create folders within the one-time broadcast section of my account as this will help organize the past broadcasts into respective folders and prevent the page from looking so cluttered with different namings from other users.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to use merge fields when configuring a text-to-speech ringless voicemail, so that those messages can be efficiently personalized.

As a Salesmsg user, I'd like to be able to plug in recipient numbers directly when configuring a broadcast instead of having to first import contacts, so that I can send out broadcasts quicker.

As a Salesmsg user, I want to sort my inbox by campaign, so I can easily organize and prioritize messages based on specific marketing or outreach initiatives, ensuring efficient follow-ups and better campaign management.
